1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PEEL mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PEEL ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the age of majority, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

PEEL is a self-discovery quiz application designed to help users explore their personalities, preferences, and interpersonal dynamics through interactive quizzes. The App allows users to:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, quiz content, algorithms, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are owned by PEEL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

6.1 Not Professional Advice

Quiz content, results, and insights provided through the App are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, therapeutic, or counseling advice. You should not rely on quiz results as a substitute for professional guidance.

6.2 Entertainment and Educational Purposes

PEEL quizzes are designed to encourage self-reflection and fun conversations. The results are generated based on your responses and are meant to provide light-hearted insights, not clinical or diagnostic assessments.

6.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any quiz content or results. Quiz outcomes may vary and should not be interpreted as definitive characterizations of your personality, relationships, or abilities. We disclaim all responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on quiz results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEEL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PEEL and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PEEL operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@peelquiz.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and class actions or class arbitrations are not permitted.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the App or via email.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
